Cyber Security Expert

Inbox Business Technologies is a premier IT solutions provider dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art technology and cybersecurity solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Cyber Security Expert to lead our cybersecurity awareness initiatives and ensure the effective execution of related programs. The Cyber Security Expert will develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity awareness plans in accordance with Samref's policies and procedures. This role involves promoting cybersecurity awareness through various channels, organizing campaigns, conducting phishing tests, and measuring the effectiveness of awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cybersecurity awareness plans based on Samref’s “Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Procedure.”
• Promote cybersecurity awareness through all available Samref channels, including email, e-bulletin boards, and screensavers (30 updates per year).
• Assist in organizing and conducting cybersecurity campaigns as per the annual plan.
• Prepare and conduct phishing scenario tests for all users and targeted sections, generating reports (24 tests per year).
• Measure Samref’s cybersecurity awareness knowledge and culture annually for continuous improvement.
• Assist in implementing the requirements of the Samref Cybersecurity Awareness procedure and track the progress and coverage of various initiatives.
• Define and measure cybersecurity awareness KPIs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Develop and conduct awareness sessions for Samref employees covering IT and OT cybersecurity topics (multiple sessions per year).
• Design and deliver special events, such as booths, as requested (optional).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles, with a focus on awareness and training.
• Preferred certifications include ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (LI), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity awareness programs, training methodologies, and phishing tests.
• Excellent communication skills for developing and delivering awareness materials and sessions.
• Ability to measure and improve cybersecurity awareness through KPIs and continuous assessment.
