Position Summary:

The Independent Assessments program assesses the Bank’s compliance with various regulatory requirements and cybersecurity frameworks. While the assessments are organized, managed, and governed by a team of internal associates, the requirements and frameworks are evaluated by an independent third-party assessor.

The Independent Assessment program consists of four primary assessments:

1.      Industry Framework Assessment

2.      SWIFT Cyber Security Program

3.      FRB Fedline

4.      Sheltered Harbor

The Info Security Controls Specialist prepares, enables, and leads the independent third-party in their evaluation of the Bank’s compliance with cybersecurity requirements set forth by these industries and regulators. This ultimately allows the Bank to attest to our adherence with these organizations. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years technology and cybersecurity background
  • Project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Strong communication skills with peers, subordinates and executive leadership
  • Attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industry cybersecurity frameworks
  • CISSP Certificate
