Cybersecurity Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

IT/OT-Cyber:

• Act as a Single Point of Contact to:

  • Resolve any IT/OT related issues. Work with vendors to prepare Root Cause Analysis and document lesson learnt

  • Plan and execute new project or upgrade initiatives for OT/Cyber operation

  • Onboard new sites to Centralized Monitoring system for Operation and Cyber

• Support both IT and OT operations including but not limited to:

  • Regular security patching for systems and applications

  • Update antivirus

  • Work with vendors and harden the systems

  • Create and maintain IT/OT inventory, network diagram

  • Back up and restore systems configuration and data

• Ensure IT/OT systems are compliant to IT and Cybersecurity Policies

• Plan and execute annual DR and Table Top exercises for critical systems

• Experienced in managing 3rd party vendors that support OT/IT and Cyber operations

• Experienced in remediating findings detected by vulnerability assessment and penetration testing

• Willing to travel and support multiple sites within Singapore

Cyber Governance:

• Act as a SPOC to support on IT/OT audits

• Conduct gaps and risk assessment and work with the stakeholders to raise deviation if required

• Review and update IT/OT Policies and SOPs annually

• Review security logs and reports

Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / Head of Department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Experienced in managing operating systems (Windows and Linux), network architecture and design
• Familiar with security tools such as Firewall, SIEM, IPS/IDS, Incident Management and Response
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with team player and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various IT and business departments
• Relevant IT/OT and Cybersecurity certifications will be added advantage.
• Familiar with security standards / frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and CCoP will be an added advantage
• Self-starter and able to work independently
