- The Endpoint Security Team Lead is responsible for the global Endpoint Security landscape. This includes the complete service lifecycle, the endpoint security infrastructure and endpoint security apps
- Take over delegated responsibility for tasks of the SDM for Services in its area of responsibility
- Lead a team of Implementation / Operations Specialists within the Service Delivery Organization
- For its operation in line with the strategic requirements from the Enterprise architecture management (strategic requirements) and Global Information Security management (security findings, SIEM).
- To Perform and improve the service management of existing and future services and their global operations following global company standards and best ITIL practices
- To ensure, that the expected outcome is delivered in the expected quality. Therefor define and regularly report KPIs about the services and their performance and to adhere stipulated SLAs
- To demand, control and support the continuous service improvement projects. Ensure the quality in project management and including the cross-divisional service improvement process
- To provide internal service production costs for service cost calculation, budgeting and cost control
- To maintain a complete and up-to-date service documentation (including technical, operational, compliance and end-user aspects)
- To teach, lead and empower the direct and functional reports to achieve the goals of the team
- To control and coordinate a small number of different critical applications / services
Your skills & strengths:
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the Endpoint Security area
- Academic degree in Computer Science or similar studies
- Knowledge and excellent understanding of related business processes and infrastructure technology regarding current Endpoint Security solutions:
- Patch Management (e.g. WSUS, VMWare WUfB) , Antivirus (e.g. Carbon Black), Device Encryption (e.g. BitLocker; BL ToGo), Privileged Rights Management (e.g. CyberArk EPM), Application control, Personal Device Firewall
- Good knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of service controlling and financial management for services
- ITIL Foundation
- Language skills: Fluent in English, additional languages are welcome
- Leadership experiences (in leading global teams), leading by example, staff motivation
- Team player (especially working in global / intercultural structures)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (target oriented)
- Must work well under pressure / excellent time Management / conflict Management
