Technical Lead - Information Security

Technology BAU tasks include but not limited to the following:
- Reviewing controls and processes throughout AM Technology to ensure they are fit for purpose and support best practices.
- Partnering with technology, business, compliance, and audit partners to operationalize our technology risk framework.
- Acting as a liaison between audit owners and technology teams to facilitate ongoing audits including SOX, SOC2, and ISAE.
- Developing training and awareness materials to facilitate the inclusion of risk principles across the technology organization
-Support the annual risk assessment process and provide monthly reporting on key risks
- Producing reporting packs for all levels of management to increase awareness of the status of core workstreams

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Information Security/ Audit.

• Degree in computer science, engineering, IT or equivalent technical degree.

• Certification preferred: ISO - 27001, CISSP and CISM.

• Ability to work as an individual contributor and along with mentoring and coaching team members.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills , and strong relationship building skills on Information Security best practices exception, assessments and audit modules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Thought-leadership recognition in the field of information security technology.

• Security certifications, CISSP or CISA

• Project management certification (if any).
