About the role

The Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) plays a crucial leadership role within the organization, responsible for establishing and overseeing a robust IAM strategy. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management policies, processes, and technologies to ensure the security and integrity of organizational assets. The director will lead a talented team in designing and executing IAM initiatives, aligning them with business objectives, and fostering a secure and efficient digital environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and compliance requirements.

  • Establish and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate security risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

  • Continuously assess and update IAM policies in response to evolving threats and changes in the business landscape.

  • Operate cutting-edge IAM technologies and solutions to meet the organization's security and access control requirements.

  • Integrate IAM solutions seamlessly with existing systems and applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies.

Basic Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or equivalent work experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in a cybersecurity role focused on Identity & Access Management.

  • Extensive experience in managing and leading teams responsible for IAM solutions and services.

  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM systems and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure secure access to organizational resources.

Certifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.  This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave.  On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family.  We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering.  The salary range for this role is: $180,644 - $248,386 plus an 18% bonus.
