We are looking for an experienced and practical Senior Security Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be a hands-on and responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions across cloud platforms, on-premises servers, networks, and containerized environments. Your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, network security, and container security will be critical in safeguarding our assets and ensuring the integrity of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Develop and implement security architectures for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Hands-On Implementation: Actively participate in the deployment and configuration of security tools and technologies, providing hands-on support to ensure the security of our infrastructure.

• Cloud Security: Design and implement security controls for cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including IAM, encryption, monitoring, and compliance management.

• Network & Server Security: Architect and enforce security measures for on-premises servers and networks, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure network design.

• Container Security: Implement security solutions for containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), focusing on secure container orchestration, image scanning, and runtime protection.

• Identity & Access Management: Design and manage IAM frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment: Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis to identify and mitigate security risks in our infrastructure.

• Incident Response: Collaborate with the security operations team to develop and refine incident response plans, ensuring rapid and effective response to security incidents.

• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed security documentation, including architecture diagrams, security policies, and incident reports.

• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security into all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Mentor junior security engineers and architects, fostering a culture of security excellence.

Your profile

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in security architecture, with a proven track record of hands-on implementation in cloud, on-premises, and containerized environments.

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of security tools and technologies across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-prem servers and networks, and container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Certifications: Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or similar are highly desirable.

• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security risks.

• Leadership: Experience leading security initiatives and mentoring teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
