What are we looking for?

• Deep Technical Expertise: Candidates with a proven track record in specific technical security domains relevant to your needs. This includes network security, cloud security, application security, and/or incident response.  Advanced understanding of relevant AWS, K8s, tools, technologies, and industry standards.
• Hands-On Experience: Candidates must have practical experience implementing and managing security outcome (not just security solutions.) Individuals who have tackled real-world security challenges and can demonstrate their ability to solve problems effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills: Candidates  must be able to translate complex concepts into clear and understandable terms for technical stakeholders using specific and precise language.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Candidates must possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for analyzing security issues. They should have passed experiences identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Candidates should have a genuine passion for understanding the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices.
