Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

We are looking for a Senior MacOS Vulnerability Engineer to join our team at Axos Bank. We are looking for someone with MacOS, JAMF, SCCM, Qualys, Vulnerability Management and patching with minimum 5+ years of experience and certifications in relevant areas. This Engineer is part of a collaborative team responsible for managing a variety of infrastructure technologies. The team also manages our endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation processes utilizing SCCM/JAMF and related tools as well as establish controls and policies to more effectively secure and monitor the environment.

This position is on-site at any of our office locations (San Diego CA, Las Vegas NV, Centennial CO, Omaha NE, Overland Park KS, or Edison NJ). No Remote or Hybrid availability will be offered.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex infrastructure and application integration issues
• Experience managing security and vulnerabilities on MacOS platforms
• Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more IT infrastructure technologies, including JAMF, SCCM and Qualys
• Perform highly complex analysis and technical evaluation of the existing and future IS Infrastructure
• Perform standard patching process for the corporate Server and Workstation environment utilizing JAMF, SCCM and related technologies
• Able to plan and execute on tasks and providing status updates.
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge on IS projects which involve a wide range of issues including architecture, electronic data traffic, network security, platform and data security
• Review and contribute to the improvement and standardization of infrastructure and security administration process across all business units
• Assist in the development and implementation of infrastructure security policies and procedures through coordination with senior management
• Track and monitor system or network security incidents
• Enforce security policies and procedures through internal controlled self-assessments
• Manage Axos Bank Vulnerability Management system
• Provide level 1 and 2 security support for all incident and problem tickets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or computer-related field of study or equivalent related experience or higher
• 5+ years' experience with SCCM, Qualys, JAMF, MacOS Patching or similar technologies
• Certifications for related tools
• PowerShell or Bash scripting
• Server Monitoring processes and support of monitoring tools
• Committed to providing excellent end user technology support and customer service to staff, business partners, and vendors
• 24x7 responsibility: ability and willingness to be on call, work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
