Are you ready to make an impact in the finance industry? As a Compliance Manager you will support the Compliance Department of QQuant Master Servicer Servicing of Loans and Credits Single Member S.A. (Quant) to effectively and efficiently participate in the implementation of the Company's Compliance Programme covering Regulatory, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Supervisory Reporting, Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and generic compliance risk management areas.  The position reports to the Head of Compliance & DPO.

A day in the life of a Compliance Manager will include: 

  • Supporting the colleagues of the Compliance Department on their duties on Compliance risks mapping and required actions,
  • Monitoring the implementation of standards and policies and ensures Quant adheres to the detection, prevention and correction of non-compliance with laws and regulations,
  • Updating Compliance and AML Policies and Procedures in accordance with laws, regulations and industry codes,
  • Monitoring Quant's compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulatory framework,
  • Supporting on AML/CFT/KYC/RISK projects, prioritization and deliver specific deliverables within an environment of multiple regulatory obligations,
  • Supporting investigations into allegations of misconducts, as required and ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigations,
  • Participating in the design, implementation and presentation of Quant’s annual training Programme re Compliance issues,
  • Reviewing Customer & Third Parties contracts to meet regulatory and compliance obligations,
  • Promoting a compliance culture throughout the Company, raising awareness of business divisions on key compliance issues and providing compliance support to their work,
  • Working efficiently with the other areas of Internal Control System (Audit - Risk) as well as the Legal Services, the Information Security Officer and any third-party external auditor/partner,
  • Performing a legal research and compliance analysis of new business, services and/or products.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of Compliance experience in Financial or Banking Sector, with 3 years actively dealing with AML/CFT and Data Protection programmes;
  • Law degree will be considered as a plus;
  • Proven track record of developing corporate compliance policies and procedures, Due diligence and AML monitoring and GDPR implementation;
  • Adequate knowledge of leading practices and developments in the regulatory environment and evolving best practices in compliance control, including AML and GDPR areas;
  • Experience in representing areas of accountability to external stakeholders, and daily interaction with internal stakeholders at a senior level;
  • Professional acumen and strong personal ethos;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
