We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic IT-Security team. In this role, you will participate in security-related projects, including the development and implementation of information security management system, security awareness, and the ongoing execution of IT-Security roadmap. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including top management, to ensure effective communication and reporting. 

Our IT-Security team is a close-knit group of 12 passionate professionals who are dedicated to protecting our customers and business. We specialize in ensuring the security of our online shop and B2B platforms, making sure that personal data is safeguarded at all times. As a Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and drive impactful projects that enhance our security measures.

What will you do

• Drive the planning and execution of the IT-Security roadmap, ensuring continuous advancement of our security initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels of the company, including top management, to promote alignment and effective communication.
• Prepare and lead team meetings, including planning sessions and reporting to the top management.
• Contribute your own innovative ideas, with the opportunity to shape and influence our security posture.
• Assist in the management of the cyber security budgets.
• Assist with negotiations and manage agreements with vendors, outsourcers, consultants, and service providers.

Who you are

• At least 2 years of experience in project management 
• Proactive-, solution-oriented and creative thinking
• Analytical mindset and structured solution approach
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Experience with people management 
• Deep understanding of Jira
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc. Alternatively, experience with the Microsoft alternatives of these tools

Nice to have:

• Experience in the IT Security field with practical knowledge of web applications, cloud security, ISMS, pentests, data protection 
• High-level understanding of risk management and methods of risk-based prioritization
• Ability to read and understand at least one coding language (e.g. Python, PHP, Go, Bash...).
