Job Description:

As a Network Security Post-Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality post-sales support to our clients, with a focus on Aruba, Juniper, and Cisco network security solutions. You will work closely with our clients, ensuring that their network security systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and optimized. Your expertise will help our clients maximize the security and efficiency of their networks, protecting their data and ensuring business continuity.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support for Aruba, Juniper, and Cisco network security solutions, including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and secure access control.

  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure the smooth transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales phase. Offer guidance on network security design and configuration based on client requirements.

  • Installation and Configuration: Assist clients in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network security hardware and software.

  • Security Audits: Conduct security assessments and audits of client networks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for remediation.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client configurations, incidents, and changes. Create comprehensive documentation for client networks and configurations.

  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients' IT teams, empowering them to manage and troubleshoot their network security solutions effectively.

  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve network security issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with vendors when necessary to ensure timely problem resolution.

  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in network security and stay informed about Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

  • A strong understanding of network security principles, technologies, and best practices.

  • Certification in network security (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, JNCIS-SEC) is preferred.

  • Proven experience with Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, and other network security products.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
