Position: Project Manager / Team Leader (Cyber Security)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security and experience managing projects and leading teams. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of cyber security projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting

- Lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these goals

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cyber security

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry

- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 2 years in a project management or team leadership role

- Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, tools, and technologies

- Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
