Responsibility:

• Assess and evaluate OT and SCADA system risks to prevent cyberattacks.
• Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents, including post-incident system recovery.
• Collaborate with IT, Instrumentation, and other teams to enhance OT/ICS/SCADA system security and understanding.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and standards for OT/ICS/SCADA systems.
• Design and implement cybersecurity measures to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access.
• Provide cybersecurity training and awareness to OT/ICS/SCADA system personnel.
• Develop and manage OT/ICS/SCADA cybersecurity threat prevention plans and budgets.
• Continuously monitor and improve cybersecurity measures to address evolving threats.
• Track and report on cybersecurity performance within the defined scope.
• Support business operations across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and networks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Expertise in risk analysis and impact assessment for OT systems.
• Ability to design and implement cybersecurity measures to prevent cyberattacks.
• Proficient in responding to cybersecurity incidents and managing system recovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and other stakeholders.
• Proven ability to train and educate others on cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
