Job Description:

The Senior Data Analyst will modernize and transform the (CPIC’s) data analysis and reporting capabilities. This position involves assessing current reporting systems, aligning them with the enterprise vision and business needs, and developing and implementing solutions for real-time data analytics and reporting to improve business operations and decision-making processes.


What You Will Do:

  • Conduct a baseline assessment of current reporting and analytical capabilities supporting CPIC operations, including internal operations and enterprise services.
  • Develop recommendations to automate business processes; enable real-time data collection, analysis, monitoring, and reporting; and improve business operations, including efficient clearance processes to effectively utilize resources.
  • Implement tools and methodologies to enable real-time data analytics.
  • Develop reporting outcomes in an easily digestible format for leadership to facilitate efficient and effective decision-making. This includes creating Power BI dashboards for strategic performance monitoring and other visualization/reporting methods for key CPIC data.
  • Employ an evidence-based approach to transform data into actionable information for critical decision-making.
  • Focus on key attributes to improve cost, schedule, performance, and timely reporting, ensuring that decision-makers can understand, influence, and act on the reported results.

Requirements

What We Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Proven experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with automating business processes and real-time data analytics.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
