At Tietoevry Tech Services, we are launching a new training program called CareerBooster. The program is designed to accelerate growth for Tietoevry Tech Services while providing our professionals with new and exciting career opportunities in business areas where we foresee growing demand in the future. Training classes will be established to meet the demand and lead to a new role for the selected employees.

Training classes will be structured based on the targeted role and skills. Learning class may consist of several learning entities such as self-studies, classroom training, completing certification exams and on-the-job training. Some of the training can be done during working hours and some will be done in the participant’s own time to successfully complete the training class. Principles regarding hour booking will be communicated during the interview and selection process.

After successfully completing the training class, you will move to new role in Tietoevry Tech Services, ZSTP Multicloud Customer NW & Cybersec Delivery, This means, you are ready and will start to work within your new area of expertise shortly after the training is finalized.

We are now searching for a new colleague to work as Cyber Security Engineer. Cyber Security Engineers are highly in demand on the market and this is an opportunity to learn and work with development and cyber security. Training classes will include classroom training, mentoring and on-the-job learning. Part of the learning will be done during working hours, but you need to be ready to invest your own time as well to successfully complete the training class.

We are not looking for a full fetched cybersecurity engineer but rather someone that has a technical inteterst, and are eager to learn. If you are the one we will help you and guide you on your new path to become a skilled cybersecurity engineer and a valuable member of our cybersecurity team

Your work will include:

You will be a part of Security Services – Sweden, and work closely with our experienced and senior colleagues. You will more specifically be part of the Security engineering team.

As a Security Engineer you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Security Operations Centre (SOC) infrastructure and platform. Your focus will be to together with the team leveraging the platform to build an even more effective SOC that detects, analyzes, and responds to cybersecurity events. Some of the tasks witin the cyber security engineering team are:

· SOC Development: be part of the development and enhancement of our Security Operations Center (SOC)

· Network Security Monitoring: Maintain, implement and develop solutions for monitoring networks to identify security threats

· Threat Detection & Incident Response: Implement robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.

· Log Management & Analysis: Configure and manage log collection, aggregation, and analysis pipelines

· SIEM/SOAR: Maintain and update the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution

· Security Data Enrichment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enrich security data sources and integrate threat intelligence feeds.

· Security Automation: Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline SOC processes.

· Documentation & Training: Document SOC processes, procedures, and playbooks. Train SOC analysts on tool usage and best practices.

This role will suit for you, if:

· You have some technical knowledge and a desire to constantly improve your skills

· You are a Swedish citizen

It is considered as a merit if you have

· You have some experience of engineering and IT adminstration

· Familiarity with LINUX and networking

· Scripting skills (Ansible, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.

· Knowledge of threat intelligence feeds, log monitoring and security data enrichment.
