Chapter Area Lead -Identity Engineering (Engineering Executive Manager)

The Technology division delivers the Group’s information technology and banking operations functions to ensure the highest levels of customer service through world-class process excellence and technology innovation.

Group Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, losses and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.

Do Work that matters:

This role will support the Identity domain and crews in the delivery and run of identity technology.

• Global role with 6 direct reports and ~100 indirect reports covering both Australia and India locations.
• Reporting to the Group Security CIO and working with the Identity domain leadership team.
• Lead a highly committed team of engineering managers and engineers (including operations and service management) to accelerate the development of identity capabilities across our business.
• You will support the identity domain in delivering enterprise scale identity platforms and leading engineering teams through complex problem spaces.
• Support the technology strategy and transition to a DevSecOps organisation – CI/CD, Cloud, API, SRE experience is highly desirable.
• Track record of developing engineering talent and career pathways

• Have a strong technology background (Devops)
• Demonstrated Technical and engineering people leadership skills having managed large engineering workforces
• Experience in running a DevSecOps model for mission-critical application teams
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Technology highly desirable (Sailpoint, Ping, CyberArk)
