As a remote Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, Public Sector, you will lead customer product deployments by planning, managing, and closing projects according to scope and methodology. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members to complete projects according to plan.

Responsibilities:

• Perform kickoff calls with customers, describing the services and processes related to onboarding and post-sales support engagement; including scope management, level-setting project goals, and identifying next steps.
• Manage relationships with customer resources while establishing success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines, and ensuring projects remain on target by diligently driving the project to success.
• Manage project team to ensure all are aligned and deliverables are met. Maintain project tracking and customer documentation within appropriate systems, templates and databases.
• Provide regular deployment status and progress updates to Customers and team members streamlining messages to fit different audiences. Work escalated accounts by tracking and managing issues to resolution in collaboration with all required Zscaler resources.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Understanding of Network and Security fundamentals.
• Project management skills including Project plans using Gantt charts, Risk Management, Communication Management: detailed meeting minutes and weekly status reports, and the ability to balance projects in different stages simultaneously.
• Present to a large audience and facilitate calls by maintaining an agenda and keeping attendees on task.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• 5+ years of project management experience with a Project Management (PMP) certification

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Professional experience within Public Sector field or within Professional Services organization
• Experience with multiple Project Management Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Adaptive, or Hybrid
• Industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA (or Higher), CISSP, or CCSP.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$105,000—$150,000 USD
