Currently, our Naval Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented System Administrator III to join our team at Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage system resources in the monitoring of performance, capacity, availability, service ability and recoverability.

  • Implement security procedures; resolve hardware and software interface and interoperability problems.

  • Provide and maintain CET installation and systems configuration documentation and procedures.

  • Manage the installation and integration of system fixes, updates, and enhancements.

  • Manage High availability and Distributed File System for administration and maintenance of CET Infrastructure.

  • Configure and implement Cybersecurity (CS) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) security controls in accordance with local procedures.

  • Create and maintain all physical servers and/or Virtual Machines (VMs), operating systems, and software applications required for CETs.

  • Install, configure, manage, troubleshoot, and administer all required CET servers in test, production, and development environments as needed.

  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on new database technologies and architectures.

  • Maintain, monitor, tune, and perform backup/recovery of databases.

  • Analyze application/project data requirements and specification.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One of the following: CASP, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification is required

  • BS and 0 years of experience OR Associates Degree with 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in Customer Service and Technical Support role. 

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
