Job Description

- Develop, enforce and implement security policies and standards.

- Integrate and approve security into system architectures .

- Conduct security assessments, scans, and tests.

- Manage and initiate incident response activities.

- Deploy, configure, and manage security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).

- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and tools.

- Ensure compliance with standards (NIS2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs.

- Design and implement training programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+) preferred.

- Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering.

- Expertise in security tools (SIEM, XDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls).

- Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and frameworks.

- Proficient in network and system security, including secure network design, system hardening, and vulnerability management.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
