For our continued growth, we are looking for an Information Security Officer with BCM experience to strengthen our team in BitGo Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in the establishment and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001, BSI 200 series, DORA, BAIT, and MaRisk.
• Support in the identification, assessment, and treatment of security risks.
• Development, updating, and management of security policies and procedures.
• Further development of the information domain
• Development and implementation of BCM strategies and plans.
• Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Advising the IT department on IT compliance
• Support in the governance of Outsourcing management in accordance with DORA

• Close collaboration with various departments such as IT, Operations, Risk and Compliance.

Skills & Experience:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, 7 years of professional experience in the field of information security, BCM or IT-Compliance.
• experienced knowledge in information security and risk management (e.g., ISO 27001, BAIT, MaRisk).
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High willingness to learn and the ability to work independently and proactively.
