With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst.

As a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst you will support cybersecurity efforts required for delivery of Mission Assurance (MA) products as part of the effort to facilitate, evaluate, and report cyberspace operations. While representing USCYBERCOM, the candidate organizes, determines, and recommends necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for DODIN operations; analyzes proposed capabilities, recommends COAs, and develops solutions to address areas of concern for shortfalls; develops concept papers, technical white papers, and related documentation detailing mission assurance practices for implementation throughout DOD; assess the development of cyberspace capabilities to validate USCYBERCOM mission assurance requirements; and synchronizes capability requirements and new tactical uses of cybersecurity platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and acts as a full participant in JPGs and OPG/OPTs developing and integrating cyber capabilities into planned operations, and in support of Combatant Commander regionally focused planning efforts. 
• Contributes to the development of cyberspace operations through the analysis of intelligence products; performs a vast array of cyberspace intelligence analyst duties with limited guidance
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities
• Contributes substantive content for operational level reports, briefings, and Operational plans (OPLANS)
• With no guidance, advises stakeholders and coordinates actions
• Develops, integrates, and maintains operational TTPs, SOPs, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs)
• Evaluates countermeasure assessments and provides recommendations to leadership on implementation of countermeasures
• Contributes substantive content to the development of complex analytic approaches and recommendations to problems and situations for which data are incomplete, controversial, or which no precedence exists.
• Develops intelligence products and performs expansive cyberspace intelligence analyst duties
• Possesses a thorough understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and 
• report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities
• Develops reports and briefings
• Enhances stakeholder relationships; advises and coordinates actions
• Develops analytic approaches and recommendations to problems and situations for which data 
• are incomplete, controversial, or which no precedence exists

Requirements

TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

• Minimumten years of experience as a Cyber Intelligence Analyst/Operator, Cyber or SIGINT focus
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills
• Experience as an Interactive On-Net Operator, Discovery Analyst or Exploitation Analyst (Basic, Intermediate or Senior) is helpful.
• Experience with metrics and analyzing trend data desired.
