Office Location: Ft Belvoir

Remote: 65%

Travel up to: 5%

  • Strong understanding of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) policies, procedures, tools, and systems.
  • Knowledge of how ICAM enables the right individual to access the right resource, at the right time, for the right reason in support of business mission objectives.
  • Ability to align the Army’s ICAM initiatives and direction with the Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) Roadmap and Implementation Guidance, as well as the DoD Digital Modernization Strategy, DoD ICAM Strategy, DoD ICAM Enterprise Reference Design, and other supporting Strategies for ICAM Way Ahead.
  • Experience in providing subject matter expertise (SME) to support policy, oversight, governance, and compliance responsibilities of the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and implement ICAM solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Familiarity with ICAM-related standards and regulations, such as the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) Publication 201 and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-63.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex ICAM concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in ICAM to continuously improve the organization's ICAM capabilities.
