The embedded Program Manager will direct a global team of GSOC and regionally focused analysts as part of a tight-knit operation providing actionable intelligence and advice to decision makers. The role will be responsible for both the 24/7 and intelligence analysis components of the GSOC, supported by an Operations Supervisor who will predominantly focus on delivering the 24/7 monitoring component of the team. The embedded Program Manager will be the main point of contact for the Client lead and the conduit to Sibylline’s Embedded Operations team.

The ideal candidate should have both intelligence (thematic/regional analysis and GSOC) and management experience, ideally both in a corporate setting. We are looking for excellent communication skills, strong experience in professional development and mentoring, project management skills and familiarity with client engagement.

The GSOC team plays a critical role in scanning the horizon, assessing the trajectory of global security risks, and identifying impacts to the client’s business, as well as responding to incidents and informing Client stakeholders and employees. The candidate will be responsible for developing, refining and delivering analysis products aligned to client requirements.

The position requires core working hours (Monday – Friday), though there may be occasional need to work on weekends and bank holidays. The role is primarily office based, with some scope for hybrid working. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a global team.
