Job Description

As a Cyber Security Operations - Technical Writer you are responsible for auditing, reviewing and documenting those required policies, processes and guidelines  

Reporting to the Head of Security Operations you will be part of the Security Operations teams, need to follow a set of pre-established processes and guidelines as well as policies that will standardize our services and responses.

 What you will do

• Work closely with security analysts and monitoring teams to understand monitoring processes.
• Liaising with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
• Documenting the Security Operations team standard operating procedures to monitor and handle security alerts.
• Preparing, reviewing, editing, and maintaining program technical documents, standard operation procedures, work instructions and CONOPS
• Collaborating with incident response teams to document security incidents promptly.
• Create detailed incident reports that include incident descriptions, impact assessments, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure incident reports are accurate, concise, and actionable.
• Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills and technical knowledge
• At least three years’ experience in a technical writing role, working in the  areas : IT and Cybersecurity Policies;Security Incidents;Security Standard Operating Procedures;Documenting complex technical processes
• Excellent knowledge of Cybersecurity processes as well as outstanding technical knowledge of the underlying technical foundations
• Proven record of documenting complex systems, producing clear and translatable writing and graphics.
• Customer-oriented person, with the ability to educate a non-technical audience on Cybersecurity subjects
• Autonomous, self-organized, flexible, proactively taking initiative
• Strong time management skills
