Due to Federal contract requirements, US citizenship and a TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
Description:CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Threat Analyst (TA) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area.
The day-to-day:·         Research adversarial threats posed to various systems, technologies, operations, or missions in all appropriate intelligence sources, analyze likelihood of threat, and contribute to profiling adversarial behavior, intent, and capabilities.
The qualifications (required):·         Must be a US Citizen·         Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph·         This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to cyber threat analysis, vulnerability analysis or intrusion analysis:o   Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experienceo   Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experienceo   Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experienceo   Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience·         Minimum of High School Diploma·         Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to an Agency mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD and include drafting/editing intelligence reports. ·         Ability to analyze DNI data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements ·         Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with threat analysis and target development·         Ability to discover alternate means of communication for complex and operationally sophisticated targets.·         Understands computer network infrastructure enabling discovery of new avenues of target development.
The nice-to-haves (desired, not required):·         DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Certification, (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent).·         Familiarity with cyber security of Intelligence Community networks and operations.·         Expert level understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing and the merging packet and circuit switched networks.·         Works with other SIGDEV elements to introduce new tools/avenues of pursuit in an effort to find new collection.The benefits package:
