The team
You’ll be part of a dynamic Cybersecurity team responsible for supporting global customers in safeguarding their IT infrastructures. The team focuses on ensuring compliance with standards such as FedRAMP and industry-leading cloud security practices. This team collaborates across different functions to maintain a robust security infrastructure and respond swiftly to potential threats or incidents. You’ll be working with public cloud environments, mainly AWS, leveraging tools like SIEM, SOAR, and EDR, ensuring vulnerability management across systems.

The role
As a Cloud Security & Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding organizations by managing security operations, investigating incidents, and proactively identifying vulnerabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security standards, conducting assessments, and working closely with teams to remediate findings. Additionally, you will monitor the security posture of public cloud environments, particularly AWS, while contributing to incident response efforts. This role is essential in preventing and mitigating cyber threats, helping organizations remain resilient in today’s fast-evolving threat landscape.

What you’ll bring

• At least 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Cybersecurity & Cloud security services.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an L2 hands-on Engineer in Security Operations, investigating security incidents, and resolving security threats or incidents.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud security best practices, standards, and frameworks with strong working experience in public cloud environments like AWS.
• Experience working with security solutions like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Vulnerability Management tools, and AppSec tools.
• Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and actively manage the vulnerability lifecycle.
• Experience ensuring compliance with FedRAMP standards across IT systems and processes.
• Strong ability to monitor and analyze security posture, identifying threats and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of security controls related to regulatory requirements, such as FedRAMP, PCI, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve security issues and enhance security infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and recommend solutions for security issues based on best practices.
