Job Description:

Join Eramet, a global leader in the mining and metallurgical industry, as a Cybersecurity Analyst. In this role, you will become part of Eramet's Security Operations Center team in Clermont-Ferrand. You will report directly to the Cyberdefense Manager. Ready to strengthen our defenses? This position is based in Clermont-Ferrand.

Responsibilities:

• Contain cyberattacks and mitigate their impact; participate in SOC on-call duties (1 week/month).
• Collect and analyze technical traces after incidents on endpoints/smartphones.
• Analyze malicious binaries and integrate IOCs into internal threat intelligence (CTI).
• Identify threats in the SIEM, develop new detection capabilities, and implement proactive hunting processes.
• Participate in Purple Team exercises as Blue Team and create use cases aligned with the company's context.
• Gather open-source intelligence on emerging threats, integrate IOCs into CTI, and automate external perimeter monitoring.
• Track, prioritize, and address critical vulnerabilities, including OT systems, collaborating with IT/OT teams on patching.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree (Bac+3/+5) in IT/cybersecurity, with experience as a technical analyst.
• Recommended technical certifications (Offensive Security, SANS Institute, Zero Point Security, CCD, Root-Me, HTB…)
• Passionate about cybersecurity. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of systems, networks, and development.
•  Ability to analyze large and complex data to identify threat patterns.
• Skilled in writing clear reports and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
