Information Security Manager

We’re looking for an Information Security Manager based in Glasgow, who will oversee the Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) team and manage security policies and processes to ensure the protection of Aggreko’s assets, employees, and information.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure risk is managed through comprehensive security measures and policies.
• Manage the GRC team, developing it to meet our current and future needs.
• Support our business by completing security questionnaires and assessments requested by customers.
• Prepare and present regular security reports to senior management.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Experience with security systems and technologies.
• Practical experience with ISO27001, preferably building and operating an ISMS in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, mentoring junior colleagues and identifying development opportunities.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
