What you can look forward to as Head of Information Security (m/f/d):

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with company's goals and objectives as a standalone entity as well as align with physical security, data protection, OT security, Crisis Management and other relevant functions to ensure both effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead the information security program, including risk management, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, security architecture, and policy development
• Lead relevant certification programs (e.g. TISAX) to maintain and further expand strategic advantage of being a resilient and compliant partner of choice
• Own Digital & IT Function’s resilience and compliance agenda including but not limited to risk management, business continuity, ICS, GRC, moreover oversee selection and implementation of relevant technology
• Create, oversee, and enforce information security policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all security measures adhere to regulations and contractual obligations and that information security is aligned with physical security, data protection and OT security
• Act as a trusted advisor to the broader stakeholder base within the company and towards our customer and partner ecosystem furthermore champion resilient and compliant culture
   

Your profile as Head of Information Security (m/f/d):

• Completed studies in computer science, information security or equivalent professional experience in the field of IT applications / infrastructure / information security
• Proven track record of architecting technology, designing capabilities and owning implementation of information security programs. Experience in SOC and SIEM
• Sound knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX)
• Ability to analyze complex security problems and develop solutions within given constraints
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, team-oriented approach and ability to lead by influence
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, Lead Auditor) an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English skills and willingness to travel internationally
