  • Develop and maintain DLP policies and procedures to ensure effective data protection and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data classification and encryption strategies
  • Deploy and configure encryption and Information Rights Management (IRM) technologies
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents related to data loss and take appropriate incident response measures.
  • Policy finetuning, configurations, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting and administration of DLP, encryption tools
  • DLP incident analysis and day to day operations support
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of DLP controls to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on DLP best practices and emerging technologies
  • Participate in security awareness programs and training to educate employees on data protection best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and contribute to the enhancement of Adani's security posture

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or data protection (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred

Certification required (Good to have):

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and tools
  • Proficiency in encryption and Information Rights Management (IRM) technologies
  • Strong understanding of data classification and protection mechanisms
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and industry standards
  • Experience with incident response and security incident analysis
  • Familiarity with security assessment and auditing processes
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and training on DLP best practices
