The Security Analyst will help develop, administer, and maintain the program’s security policies and procedures in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). You will provide support to the Classified and Sensitive Material Management (CSMM) office and the Personnel Security/Compliance office as part of the Industrial Security team.
What You Will Do
- Properly receive, dispatch, and account for all Department of Defense classified material for the El Segundo, CA facility in support of multiple business units within Raytheon.
- Wrap, package, receive, dispatch and work with the CSMM team to ensure proper handling and dissemination for all classified material
- Provide security oversight and management of subcontracts via the DD Form 254 and other contractual methods working to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections and providing other security related administrative duties, as required.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a university degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study and a minimum of 2 years prior security experience OR an Advanced degrees may be considered in lieu of prior experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security Secret clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualification We Value
- Previous direct experience as a security professional with experience in any of the following: NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, JSIG, DAAPM, and/or ICD 705.
- Demonstrated experience working with access control systems, integrated defense systems, government personnel access systems.
- Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (ex. Introduction to SAPs, SPO, SSM, CSM, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC, etc.)
- Experience with NISPOM requirement and DD Form 254
