The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organised, self-sufficient, and proactive Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager in delivering a high-impact transformation project within the Talent Acquisition function. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of project tasks, including content creation, research, data management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports. This includes drafting content for PowerPoint decks, project updates, and communication materials.

  • Research: Conduct research on various topics as required by the project, summarising findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Data Management: Manage, update, and analyse spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.

  • Project Tracking: Update and maintain project trackers, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure the project stays on course.

  • Process Improvement: Support the Project Manager in identifying areas for process improvement within the Talent Acquisition function, assisting in the documentation and implementation of new procedures.

  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project updates and requirements.

  • Adaptability: Operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment, adjusting to new priorities and challenges as they arise.

  • Task Management: Handle various administrative tasks independently, with minimal supervision, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing data, preparing documents, and updating project trackers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, teams and Outlook are essential.

  • Research Abilities: Capable of conducting thorough research and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner.

  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a changing environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or project support role is ideal, especially within a fast-paced, transformative business environment.
