About your role

As our Operational Technology SME you will be accountable for successful delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. You will be responsible for team leadership, vendor management, program service offerings, business systems analysis and service architecture.

In this role, you will develop, implement and monitor strategic, comprehensive IAM frameworks, guidelines and best practice ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information is managed and controlled effectively. You will be responsible for leading the operational management of identity, access and authorisation requests through user lifecycle from onboard to offboard.

In this role you will be the subject matter expert and single point of contact within the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure all the enterprise architecture decisions and recommendations meet security standards and best practices. Whenever exceptions are needed, you will be collaborating with business, architects and peers to minimise risk, document exceptions and set up annual review of granted exceptions.

 

As our Operational technology SME you will troubleshoot complex IAM integration issues with directory stores (Active Directory, LDAP) and promote timely response to user needs within predefined SLA. You will be expected to respond to requests either in person, over the phone or via email in a professional, confident and courteous manner. You are also able to facilitate issue handling and escalation with cross-functional support staff to support timely resolution.

 

To be successful in this role, you are able to collaborate closely with core teams to create security policies, disaster recovery plans, develop security vision and roadmap, evaluate and implement new security tools and perform security assessments. You are able to provide regular reporting (metric based) of the status of information systems to senior stakeholders. Ensure that security policies and operations adhere to industry standards and regulations such as ISO, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, PII. You are also able to ensure the program meets vendor licensing and contractual agreements, all consulting services provided meet statement of work efforts and maintain vendor lifecycle requirements needs. You will be excel in this role when you have excellent communication, executive presentation and analytical/troubleshooting skills with the ability to build strong internal and client relationships.

·       Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

·       Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

·       Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel

·       Have more than 7 years of experience in

-          Enterprise Identity and Access Management

-          Security assessment of web applications, network architecture, cloud services

-          Cloud based identity federation and integration with complex custom applications

-          IAM governance and risk management

-          IAM consulting engagements

·       Have strong understanding for user provisioning/deprovisioning, Joiner/Mover/Leaver process, recertification, Privileged access management, Zero trust architecture, Role based access control, principal of least privilege, Segregation of duties, Single Sign-on, MFA, Adaptive IAM, Reporting and compliance aspects

·       Have hands on experience in more than one IAM tool- Oracle Identity Manager, Okta, CyberArk, Azure Identity Management, AWS Identity Management

·       Have strong understanding of Federation protocols (OAuth, OAuth 2.0, SAMlL, Open ID, SSO models)

·       Have experience in project management tools – JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Planner

·       Have experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux

·       Have knowledge of scripting language like Powershell, Python

·       Have experience implementing cloud-based solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP

·       Stay up to date with IAM technologies, skills and competencies with evolving threat landscape

·       Have the ability to stay calm in high-pressure, fast-moving environment

·       Must have one or more security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, CISMP
