We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Delivery Consultant to provide chargeable services to clients in developing industry specific systems mostly aligned to projects, consulting assignments, building and installing turnkey business solutions. As a technical guru in your field, you will provide advanced technical support and advice to others on engagement/program during proposal writing, solution design and implementation.

• Application delivery practices
• Windows Operating systems
• Microsoft 365 technologies (Azure, Office 365, OneDrive)
• Microsoft Purview.

A minimum NV1 security clearance is a requirement for this role.

About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Leading team members, third parties, and technological counterparts in client organisations in the integration of technological methodologies and components of projects.
• Taking responsibility for ensuring and being accountable for the technical integrity of the design, in accordance with the clients' requirements.
• Managing high level technical program or segment activities, including relationships with the client, managing, and reviewing assigned consulting team members.
• Leading the development and delivery of client and internal technical presentation where necessary.
• Designing and developing high quality business solutions and other projects.
• Evaluating client's business needs, thus contributing to strategic planning of information systems facilities and software directions.
• Being accountable for defined work assignments often involving immediate action or short-term planning of human and other resources.
• Planning and coordinating resources necessary to complete product implementation and assisting in preparation of major sales proposals and supporting sales activity like generation of sales leads, pre-sales engagement meetings.
• Liaising with major clients during preliminary installation and testing of developed solutions or products.
• Managing and mentoring (where necessary) a team of consultants.
• Deliver to the companys Integrated Management System

Requirements:

• Minimum NV1 Security Clearance required.
• Specialist knowledge of Federal Government, coupled with strong analytical skills.
• Can adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies to new uses.
• Time Management skills.
• Documentation skills, design, as-builts, operating procedures and administrative guides
• Analysis, communication, presentation ability.
• Scheduling skills.
• Team Member Management and Mentorship skills.
• Security (SIEM experience, logging, monitoring and threat detection / event hunting).
• Patch management exposure.
• Australia Government Security practices, including E8, also ISM, ACSC hardening, DTA best practice. configuration, ASD Blueprint.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)(on-prem & cloud)
• Azure governance and management practices
• Cloud migration (Azure)
• Microsoft Purview.
• Microsoft Defender suite.
• SOE Development and deployment.
• VDI Platform experience - Citrix / AVD + Nerdio
