Security Analyst

The Security Analyst is responsible for identifying and remediating enterprise security risks to ensure the effectiveness of CI’s cybersecurity program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigate security alerts to identify a breach and participate in the incident management process
• Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations
• Perform the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new security solutions and enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures
• Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture
• Recommend additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security.
• Participate in business and IT projects to ensure compliance with security requirements
• Contribute to the creation of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures)
• Monitor security advisories for current security exploits, evaluate applicability and provide recommendations
• Remain informed on trends and issues in the information security industry, including current and emerging technologies and new attacks and threat vectors
• Perform daily security related operational tasks
• Perform other functions as assigned
• Provide on-call support
