Job Description

Product Security Lead at Traveloka will be required to ensure that our products and services are shipped with high security standards through application security testing, hardening, and secure framework. A Product Security Lead will be smart and a self starter. The person should be able to manage a team of 4-5 security engineers. The person should be capable of understanding complex software architecture and should be able to guide the team members. They need to be able to integrate security in the software development process with defense-in-depth strategies such as automated testing in CI/CD pipeline. A Product Security Lead preferably needs to have a software development background and should have practical programming knowledge.

They will work very closely with our Software Engineering Team to senior stakeholders in Traveloka. They will also need to have proficiency in handling multiple projects based on different frameworks and groups.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product security, with a proven track record of managing security initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to motivate others, drive collaboration, and quickly resolve conflicts.
• Show out-of-box thinking and invent creative solutions for challenging problems.
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25 and CWE including business logic issue (e.g. IDOR, Price manipulation etc. ) 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats like DDoS, ransomware, supply chain attacks, and implement countermeasures to mitigate risks.
• Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work individually in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
