IAM Business Analyst (Work from Home)

Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to ...

• Perform analysis on user and group extracts from servers, databases and applications through meetings and email.
• Interface with on-shore and off-shore support teams to confirm user and group access requirements for servers, databases and applications.
• Use JIRA to manage workflow - server extract requests, other requests.
• Create new group and account requests for servers, databases and applications
• Hand-off of in-flight on-boarding activities to Bell full-time employees as process dictates.
• Documentation, process improvement.

Qualifications

You will thrive in this role if you have...

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proficiency in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder groups across Bell Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts and commonly used terms in Active Directory
• 3+ years of experience and comprehensive understanding of UNIX and Windows server management concepts, commonly used terms, and technologies, 
• 2+ years of experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar Agile development software; requires a solid grasp of Agile and DevOps concepts, along with familiarity with commonly used terms
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Identity Access Management Database management and reporting.
