What does a Control Assessment Expert do at Fiserv?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology and Cyber Control Assessment. The person will play a key role in assessing and enhancing technology and cyber controls to ensure the security and resilience of our organization.

What You Will Do:

• Cybersecurity Assessments: Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments using tools such as OneTrust to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks within the organization's technology infrastructure.
• GRC: Leverage expertise in GRC tools to implement and manage privacy and security controls, ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations.
• Risk Management: Evaluate and prioritize cybersecurity risks, providing recommendations for risk mitigation strategies and control improvements.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry best practices, with a preference for candidates experienced in OneTrust functionalities.
• Security Controls Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance security controls, with a preference for candidates who can leverage OneTrust features to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture.
• Vendor Security Assessments: Conduct assessments of third-party vendors' cybersecurity controls, with a preference for candidates experienced in using OneTrust tools to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with external partnerships.

  What You Will Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology control assessments.
• Preferred experience with OneTrust implementation and management.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of technology controls, risk management, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Exposure in OneTrust implementation or use experience.
