Job Description

Security Strategy Development:

• Design, implement, and continually enhance a comprehensive security strategy tailored to the organization’s dynamic needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure security measures align with overall organizational goals.

Risk Assessment & Management:

• Conduct detailed analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities across existing systems, applications, and processes.
• Evaluate and prioritize security threats based on their potential business impact, proposing mitigation strategies that minimize risk.

Security Architecture Design:

• Develop and implement robust security architectures for networks, applications, cloud environments, and other critical systems.
• Integrate advanced security controls, encryption protocols, authentication methods, and access management mechanisms to ensure end-to-end security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT security management, with a strong preference for those with a background in the banking or financial industry.
• Deep technical knowledge of operational security controls, including their design, implementation, and continuous monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• English: Fluent
