About this role

LenelS2 has an opportunity for an Associate Director, Go-to-Market. This role is based out of Framingham, MA or remotely.  

This is a great role for a product/offering management skill set in the security technology industry.  Be responsible for leading and driving the creation of innovative Go-to-market strategies and models, and the transformation from traditional perpetual licensing and delivery models for software and solution offerings to subscription models with a focus on moving to a continuous delivery cloud-enabled structure.  

Bring your knowledge and experience in software development, cloud methodologies, business go-to-market modeling, competitive analysis, and market research to the table.  Utilize acquired leadership skills and the ability to influence others, gaining consensus and support for change with a focus on growth, driving revenue and profitability while gaining market share.  

Define and set the strategic vision for offerings that will deliver differentiating value for our customers and our value-added resellers.  These offerings will be combinations of software, hardware and services delivered as industry solutions.  Outline and deliver a superior experience for our customers with the primary objective to allow them to secure and protect both people and assets.  

Knowledge of data-driven analytics and insights will be essential to provide competitive differentiation and quantifiable operational efficiency improvements for our customers, with working knowledge of Agile Design Methodologies and Design Thinking.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire solution offering life cycle from planning to execution to outcomes
  • Research and analyze market conditions; identify key trends and opportunities for products; and offer innovation/enhancements and customer value
  • Articulate a clear vision rooted in addressing customer problems
  • Determine solution components, features and functions
  • Responsible for Go-To-Market and overall business models for solution offerings i.e. design, execution and business results
  • Creation of ecosystems to drive overall solution value i.e. types of partners: Technology, System Integration and Go-to-Market partners
  • Drive outcome and customer value measured through defined and agreed to KPIs by the business

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 plus years of experience in the managing of the entire solution offering life cycle
  • 5 plus years of experience in a leadership or entrepreneurial role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or information technologies
  • MBA
  • Innovation and entrepreneurial outcome-based mindset
  • Go-to-Market and overall business modeling
  • Gain consensus with clear communication
  • Understand agile development methodologies, systems and solution engineering and customer relationship management,  
  • Delivery of SaaS, cloud and hybrid cloud best practices and cloud technology, computer hardware and firmware products
  • Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning and business case development
  • Background in Privacy by Design methodology and Cyber Security from both a threat and resolution perspective
