We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Services and Architecture Manager to lead the design, architecture, engineering, and implementation of information security applications that protect our IT assets globally.. If you have over 10 years of expertise in Information Security and are deeply familiar with the Microsoft Security Stack, we would like to talk to you. In this role, you'll need to think strategically, influencing and persuading cross-functional teams while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment. What you will do:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five security professionals, setting high standards for protecting 4,000 endpoints, 2,000+ servers, and user accounts. Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team meets security goals.
• Technical Expertise: Oversee the design and implementation of security solutions using the Microsoft Security Stack (Azure, Defender, Sentinel, O365) and manage Identity Governance and Privileged Access technologies (Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra, SailPoint).
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards (Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI DSS) and industry best practices, while developing KPIs to track security effectiveness and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, network, and application teams to integrate security solutions and advise stakeholders on security best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple security projects, managing timelines, resources, and risks while ensuring compliance and addressing issues promptly.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all security deployments meet legal and regulatory standards, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

To be successful you need to be/have: 

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Security, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Security Stack, supported by Microsoft technical certifications.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team, with a track record of coaching and developing staff.
• Extensive experience in the design, architecture, engineering, and implementation of security applications within a large, multinational environment supported by professional certifications such as TOGAF and / or SABSA
• Strong organisational  skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders across different teams and regions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of global information security regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
