Information Security Intern

PayMongo builds the most advanced online payments infrastructure in SE Asia, starting in the Philippines. Over the next few years, we will build a broad suite of products that aims to lower the barriers and remove all the complexities in payments. As an Intern with our Information Security team , you would have a chance to work with and learn from our Information Security Engineers who ensures the safety of our data from fraud and cyber security attacks, ensure business continuity, protect our clients and organization’s interest and integrity. As Information Security Engineer,

You will:

• Help the Security Training & Awareness Officer to execute the security awareness and education programs
• Ensure communication of our security policies and requirements so that people know, understand, and can abide by the policies
• Assist the Security Training & Awareness Officer in developing content and training materials about cyber security for company communication and information dissemination.
• Assist the Security Operations Team in monitoring security events.

You may be fit if:

• You are familiar with designing tools (i.e. Canva, Figma, etc.)
• You demonstrate the ability to translate technical information into a simple, clear and concise manner that appeals to the various communities within our organization. T
• You have basic knowledge of security tools and technologies and network services.
• You possess basic troubleshooting skills for Operating Systems (i.e., MAC OS & Windows).
• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or other relevant program of study.
