Your Role
The Training Partner Manager is responsible for the identification, engagement and the ongoing management of external partner relationships for the Customer Education and Training aspects of our global Training Operations. What You Will Accomplish
- Prospect, research, identify and hunt new partner opportunities for our Authorized Training Partner, Contract Trainer, and Academic Program partners. - Outbound market research and analysis, target new Partners that align with Magnet’s vision and mission - Engage, qualify, and secure the initial engagement - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, develop and manage onboarding programs for all partner types, delivery enablement and ongoing training and performance expectations & standards (KPI’s) - Measure effectiveness metrics of the partner engagement - Manage end to end partner relationships - Provide overall leadership and direction to internal & external stakeholders. Note this role may have a team directly reporting to them in the future. - Responsible for taking the lead on defining the training partner strategy in collaboration and partnership with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. - Attend conferences and other events to build company credibility, brand presence and relationships with potential service partners and customers - Provide input on new opportunities, competitive analysis, market trends, and business environment - Work with legal to review and finalize partner agreements and documentation - Collaborate with leadership to develop short and long-term strategic plans - Build Magnet credibility, brand value and trust with the partner communities - Educate and demonstrate Magnet technology to prospective and current partners - Participation in sales playbook creation and cadence development What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
- Previous experience working in digital forensics or cyber security - Experience working in a customer facing role, preferably with sales, business/market development or partner management responsibilities - Strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements - A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with delivering presentations and training - Proven track record in identifying and developing new sales and accounts - Able to understand Magnet objectives and match them to partner and customer needs *Ability to travel up to 40% - 50% of the time

Compensation & Benefits:
- The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
- MIN: $132,800 - MID: $166,000 - MAX: $199,200 USD
- MIN: $118,400 - MID: $148,000 - MAX: $177,600 CAD
