Job Description

• Should have excellent communication skills
• Hands on Experience in Switching and Routing
• Troubleshoot complex LAN & WAN issues.
• Strong knowledge of Checkpoint & Fortinet Firewalls 
• Having good knowledge and understanding of Checkpoint identity awareness
• Hands on experience on Checkpoint remote VPN
• Good knowledge on two factor authentication using NPS server for VPN client.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
• Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services
• Maintaining internal and customer communication during the ticket resolution
• Execute project tasks, including but not limited to gathering customer technical requirement, configuring router, switches, firewalls and other associated network devices if any.
• Assist in creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA)
• Responsible for documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge database
• Training and Mentoring Level 1 network engineers and other staff as necessary has context menu

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
