The Opportunity:

As a Cybersecurity Integrator on our team, you’ll work with Booz Allen colleagues to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Assured Access to Space capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters. You will perform Cyber and Security integration supporting tenant integration for Space Systems launch operations support systems. Your customer will trust you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions. Grow your skills by merging innovative engineering methodologies and cross-disciplinary coordination to create tomorrow’s solutions. You Have:   

  • 8+ years of experience as a Cyber ISSO, providing cybersecurity, engineering, or operational support to the DoD, including supporting information assurance, network engineering, or system administration

  • Experience with network user account management, facility integration, and handling IT matters, including Router, Firewall, or IDPS

  • Experience with Cloud architecture and virtualization

  • Experience with the RMF process and the assessment and validation of security controls

  • Ability to work in a classified environment

  • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals 

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • CompTIA Security+ Certification

  

Nice If You Have:   

  • Experience with security tools and devices, including network firewalls, web proxies, intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, penetration tools, or object-oriented programming languages, including Java or Python

  • Experience with zero-trust best practices and methodologies

  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies

  • Possession of strong interpersonal skills

  • Possession of strong oral and written communication skills 

  •  TS/SCI Clearance

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics

  • IAT Level III Network Certification, including CCNP-Security or CCNP-CyberOps

  • IAT Level III Security Certification, including CISSP or CISM

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
