Job Description

So, what are the main duties of a Cybersecurity Specialist in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

Joining us as a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. 

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will:

• Assistance in the preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings;
• Drafting of meeting notes, to be validated by participants, which will be used for the follow-up of the client's services exercises;
• Examining, keeping a track on changes (in documents exchanged during meetings and other correspondences) and reporting of these changes to the concerned unit;
• Preparation of forms to collect required information, collection from client's services that information and checking completion of collected information;
• Monitoring of correspondences until all required information is collected while monitoring the deadlines and production of regular state of plays to the unit on the collection progress;
• Compilation and archiving of all collected information;
• Assistance in the analysis and review of the compiled information vis-à-vis the objectives of the client's business continuity exercises (gap analysis);
• Assistance in the drafting, transmission and review of reports (including communications and presentations);
• Documentation of the decisions made following the reports;
• Assistance in the drafting of lessons learned and recommendations;
• Assistance in the report of risks related to business continuity in the risk register;
• Assistance in the preparation and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and Certification in Analysis and/or Project Management or Business Continuity Certification;
• 4+ years of experience as cybersecurity specialist/ technical or business analyst and relevant experience as project manager;
• Expertise in information systems relating to business continuity and experience in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs);
• Experience in ICT activities (development and operations);
• In-depth knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools and frameworks on business continuity;
• Language skills: Good knowledge of English at least B2 level.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to see the overall picture and good writing and presentation skills;
• Excellent communicator and ability to communicate with management at all levels;
• Tact and diplomacy and good time-management and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as in team, through a methodological approach;
• In-depth knowledge in information systems;
• Well-developed drafting, written communication, and feed-back gathering skills;
• Customer focused and ability to cope with changing technologies and environments;
