As an IT Security and Compliance Manager you will...

• Lead the preparation for SOC 2, PCI, and HECVAT audits, including gathering evidence, preparing documentation, and managing relationships with external auditors.
• Ensure that internal policies align with compliance requirements and are consistently enforced across all departments.
• Serve as the point of contact for explaining our compliance frameworks and audit readiness to potential and existing customers, providing confidence in our security and regulatory posture.
• Monitor and audit internal processes to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement, ensuring we remain compliant with evolving standards.
• Develop training materials and sessions to ensure that staff are aware of compliance responsibilities and that procedures are understood and followed.

We are looking for candidates that...

• have a bachelor's or equivalent degree
• have a start-up mentality
• have knowledge and hands-on experience with SOC 2, PCI, and HECVAT frameworks
• have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• have 5+ years of experience
