Head of DevSecOps

As the Head of DevSecOps, you are a results-driven leader entrusted with the mission of building and nurturing a world-class team and infrastructure. Your expertise lies in creating customer-focused solutions that drive significant impact not only within Engineering but across the entire organization.

You have a proven track record of crafting a compelling vision and translating it into an actionable roadmap, ensuring its successful execution. You are committed to continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring your team consistently achieves excellence and delivers real value.

Your ultimate mission is to make the Beekeeper platform as relevant to as many non-desk employees as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4-5 engineers and security specialists, enable their growth and create a high performance culture
• Strengthen our security posture and maintain our standards of excellence and world class certifications
• Drive High Reliability and Availability meeting and exceeding our 99.9% uptime KPI
• Enhance our Developer Experience and drive Operational Efficiency across entire organization
• Budget Excellence, managing capacity forecasting allowing us to identify key strategic areas to invest

What we look for in you

• Customer focus, drive impact for your customers above all other concerns
• Great leadership skills and ability to create a vision to drive team impact and culture
• Strong hands-on Engineering/DevOps background in early career
• Deep technical understanding in core domains:
  • Networking
  • Kubernetes
  • Cloud
  • Performance Optimization
• 3+ years of experience in the following:
  • Managing a team
  • Managing projects
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive impact across the business
