For our UAM team we’re looking for the specialist to support current and future services the company is providing. The role requires high level of effective communication with the internal users based all over the world and close collaboration and coordination with team members.

Your responsibilities:

  • Guaranteeing efficient authentication, identity services, and privileged access management throughout our organization;
  • Collaborating with IT teams, HR teams and end-users in case of any troubles with accesses (L1 to L3 responsibilities);
  • Helping with developing and executing a vision for user/identity management that aligns with the overall UAM/IAM strategy;
  • Using creativity in new projects related to UAM/IAM to enhance security, improve user experience, and boost operational efficiency;
  • Ensuring proper provisioning, lifecycle management for privileged accounts;
  • Managing access services (SAP systems, HR applications & others), and overseeing certificate infrastructure and privileged access protocols.

Our requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to quickly learn the use of internal IT applications;
  • Strong analytical skills (+ high efficiency in MS Excel);
  • Ability to prioritize the activities/requests;
  • Independence, self-reliance;
  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Audit, Risk, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in business-level English (B2/C1) and one foreign language at least communicative level - German or French or Spanish (B1/B2);
  • Experience in IAM/UAM - strong knowledge of IAM/UAM principles;
  • Experience with SSO, MFA, Privileged Access Management, Microsoft Active Directory;
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Active participation in the development/improvements of the projects and services provided by the team;
  • Capability to work in a dynamic team and in a complex environment with a problem-solving attitude;
  • Full understanding of the confidentiality of processed data and strict compliance of the internal policies.

Optional

  • Possession of industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CAMS, CIAM, CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.) is advantageous.
